Education is the cornerstone of our society, essential for both our collective and personal development.  

Teaching is about engaging a student, enabling them to reach their potential and giving them the tools they need to succeed in life. 

I have spent nearly 20 years teaching science in secondary state schools. Over this time, I have seen huge changes in education, and the pressures on students increasing. The challenges of the global pandemic, remote teaching and a declining economy have seen students’ education suffer leaving many with knowledge gaps and in need of extra help. 

My aim with Nucleus Education Ltd. is to provide students with high quality extra tuition, provided by experienced teachers, at an affordable price.  

Small group tutoring allows students, who may not be able to afford individual private tutoring, access to the help they need.  

Keeping the number of students in each session small, a maximum of 8 students, allows the teacher to address and respond to the students’ individual learning needs.   

A friendly and secure learning environment is important, so the students feel comfortable and are able to ask questions.

Students benefit from working with others from different schools. It cannot be underestimated how important peer interactions are in the learning process.
